Ontier has advised Banco Sabadell in the refinancing of two photovoltaic solar energy installations for a total amount of 44.6M€. The facilities, with a total capacity of more than 10 MW, are located in the province of Badajoz (Spain).
Ontier's Banking and Finance team has been led by the Head of the area Álvaro Barro together with the Lawyers Paula Rubio and Luis Carretero.
Ontier has recently been ranked as one of the top ten Spanish firms in renewable energy transactions according to the TTR index.
