The legal and agro-food press has featured the agreement between Ontier and the company INNOLIVA (Olivos Naturales) to become its legal partner in its expansion project in Spain and Portugal.
This project has been managed by the firm's Agro-food team, headed by Luis Osuna and Francisco Fenoy, and represents a new important milestone in ONTIER's commitment to the agro-food and retail sector.
INNOLIVA, whose headquarters are currently located in Seville, was founded in Spain in 2006 and is one of the pioneers in intensive olive oil production. With its 5,000 hectares of olive groves in Spain and Portugal, it produces up to 10,000 tonnes of extra virgin olive oil per year.
The team that will participate in the project, under the coordination of Francisco Fenoy, is made up of the Commercial and Labour areas of Ontier Spain, which together with their own work, will also be in charge of coordinating the legal advice provided to the client by ABREU ADVOGADOS from Portugal, where most of Innoliva’s farms are located.
This operation contributes to strengthening Ontier's positioning as a law firm specialising in the agro-food and retail sector, with clients such as Euromadi, Calidad Pascual, Acolsa, AGQ Labs and Euroliva, among many others.
