Assisting the client in the defense of his interests in criminal proceedings in which he is charged: as soon as the client is aware or foresees that he may receive a complaint, we inform him of the risks and scope of the procedure and we appear before the Court, Tribunal or Prosecutor's Office in charge of the investigation to access to the existing information and design the best defense strategy. Afterwards, we counsel the client during the whole procedure, presenting the appropriate writs, assisting in the different procedural actions that take place and assuming his defense in the act of the trial, if it finally takes place.

Advice, guidance and preparation of criminal actions in client’s interest: when it is the client who has suffered damages due to the commission of a criminal act by a third party, we indicate the actions to be taken, after analyzing the existing information and documentation. And, if we consider that there are grounds for the complaint or accusation, we prepare and present the action. Likewise, we follow up on the corresponding criminal procedure until its conclusion or the achievement of the result pursued by the client.

Appeals in all judicial instances: we analyse and prepare all types of appeals in the criminal jurisdictional order and before the Constitutional Court, even in cases in which the procedure has been developed by other law firms, which are the ones that frequently require our intervention in this appeal phase.
