As part of the celebration of the 425th anniversary of the Madrid Bar Association, the magazine created by the ICAM to celebrate the occasion gathers, among others, the opinion of Pedro Rodero, Managing Partner of Ontier Spain.
Pedro comments among other things that
'the legal profession has evolved to a more entrepreneurial, more global and more demanding model, having legal knowledge is no longer sufficient for a successful practice', in view of the impact of globalisation and digital transformation and the changes that this brings about in the way of working, he considers it essential 'to have good technological capabilities, business skills and business management skills to ensure that the work is carried out effectively and efficiently'.
