International law firm Ontier reinforces it´s US office with Jason Rosen joining as partner with the objective of introducing entertainment and cryptocurrency into the existing corporate and commercial litigation practice areas and expand on its full-service international capabilities on behalf of clients worldwide.
Prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor, Jason graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance. For the ten years that followed, Jason served as a taxable fixed income securities trader, financial advisor, and back office compliance for boutique and large broker dealers.
During a successful career in finance, Jason recognized his calling to be a lawyer, and realized that dream when he graduated from Florida International University College of Law with a focus on business law.
Jason parlayed his business experience into the practice of law where he serves as counsel to small to mid-size companies in multiple industry classes in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and in federal and state commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Ontier, Jason had his own boutique business practice and was fortunate to work with his father, a renowned federal defense lawyer in Miami, Florida. During this time, Jason represented both buyers and sellers in stock and asset purchases, served as outside counsel to his corporate clients, tried multiple federal cases, represented individuals and companies in various litigation and white collar investigations and enforcement matters, filed numerous federal appellate briefs, and made law in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Since 2018, Jason has been recognised each year as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers.
Jason is admitted to practice in the states of California, Florida, New York, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Additionally, Jason is an ACAMS Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
