ONTIER has guided A&G on the addition of three new solar PV projects into its portfolio of marketed vehicles.
Following the recent addition of three new PV projects in Andalusia into its portfolio, A&G continues to increase its presence in the renewable energy industry. These projects, with an aggregate capacity of c.100 MWp, are expected to be built by the end of 2022, in line with the rest of the projects added to its portfolio during 2020, which exceeded 200 MWp.
In this transaction, A&G was advised by Ontier as legal advisor in the due diligence and negotiation of the transactional documentation and by NGC Partners as a technical advisor.

A&G Renewables is a private equity fund launched by A&G Banca Privada at the end of 2019 to invest in electricity generation assets with renewable sources, focused on wind and solar photovoltaic projects without regulated incentives, and with the possibility of investing in Spain and Portugal.
