The international law firm ONTIER, moves its corporate headquarters to the “Habana” building in Madrid. The change will be in September 2022 and will help to pace its growth and reinforce its commitment to sustainability, innovation and collaborative work.

The new Ontier headquarters has an area of 4,356 m2, 4 floors, more than 800 m2 of surrounding garden and almost 600 m2 of landscaped attic.
The building, located in the business district of Madrid, occupies an entire block on the central Paseo de la Habana connected to the Castellana axis. An enveloping garden of 816m2, designed by the prestigious landscaping studio Fernando Martos, and a landscaped attic of 587.5m2, create a unique environment that covers the modern architecture of the building. In addition, it will have a seasonal garden that gives access to the lobby and restaurant on the first floor and an auditorium for 150 people.
The closing of the “Havana” operation before the completion of the works on the property has generated important synergies between Ontier and ÁRIMA, allowing the project to be aligned with the needs and business model of the firm and maximizing efficiencies. Ontier also has the collaboration of the Álvarez-Sala architecture studio -EAS-, in the design of spaces to promote a dynamic and collaborative work concept.

The building represents a new office concept and transcends the traditional workspace to evolve towards collaborative environments. To achieve this, the project links open, bright and modular spaces spread over four floors with socio-cultural areas, terraces and gardens.
