Ontier has appointed Cristina Camarero as managing partner of the firm in Spain, while Pedro Rodero will be the new executive president of the organisation in Spain and Bernardo Gutiérrez de la Roza will continue as CEO of the firm globally.
Ontier continues to advance its strategic transformation plan to enhance its growth and profitability. With this change, Cristina Camarero will lead this new stage, assuming management of the firm in Spain and establishing the firm's objectives and their fulfillment.
Cristina Camarero, with more than 20 years in professional practice, has fully developed her professional career at Ontier, where she is currently the partner responsible for the Litigation and Arbitration area. She has a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and is also a professor at the Business Institute (IE) and at the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University.
According to Pedro Rodero, 'this replacement represents the firm's firm commitment to meritocracy , commitment and permanent aspiration for personal and professional growth.'
The new managing partner of Ontier has deep knowledge of the organization and will focus her duties on operational management, business monitoring and team development. At first she will continue to combine her new position with that of managing the Litigation and Arbitration area.

For his part, Pedro Rodero, after more than 10 years as managing partner in Spain, will become executive president, focusing his activity on the firm's transformation strategy in Spain, actions to meet its growth objectives and the development of relationships with clients.

Cristina Camarero, studied law at the Complutense University of Madrid, and spent a year at the University of Pisa. She speaks English and Italian and for two successive years, 2019 and 2020 she was recognized by the Inspiral Law Awards. She is included in the most prestigious directories such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Leaders League.
