It is followed by the litigation and arbitration areas, tax and banking, while energy and digital are experiencing strong growth.
In 2022, Ontier took another step in its business model and opened capital to partners, a movement that was completed in 2023 with the entry of 13 partners from Spain, Mexico, Peru, Italy and the United States, although the office assures that there will be other additions in the coming months.

In addition, Daniel Gutiérrez also joined, after integrating his firm DG Law, specialized in innovation and digital economy.
Also in 2022, Lucía González in energy, and Jorge Perujo, in commercial, were promoted to the partnership. Promotions that have continued in 2023 with that of Víctor Artola, as a commercial partner, in addition to the signing from DAC Beachcroft as a litigation and arbitration partner of Mercedes Romero, who arrived accompanied by Antonio Góngora, Lucía Puente and Rafael Montejo.
Likewise, in 2022, Ontier España, after 14 years on Paseo de la Castellana, moved to the Habana building, property of the Socimi Árima Real Estate, whose remodeling work has been signed by the Fenwick Iribarren studio. The new headquarters has an area of 4,356 square meters - compared to the previous 2,800 - on four floors, plus 816 of surrounding garden and another 587 of landscaped attic.
These new offices also have a new managing partner, since the firm decided to change its management leadership in February 2023. Thus, it appointed Cristina Camarero as managing partner in Spain, while Pedro Rodero took up the position of executive president of the organization in our country.
