Miguel Angel has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an MBA from Universidad de Piura. He has been Human Resources Manager at Compañía Minera Buenaventura, as well as Labor Affairs Manager at Telefónica, Perú; among other positions where he has always led and developed important teams.
