Eutimio has a extensive experience in Insolvency and Financial Distress.
In addition, he has extensive experience in the field of collective bargaining with workers and in employment regulation proceedings.
He specialises in special situations, restructurings, distressed investments and insolvency, and advises all the parties involved when companies are in financial difficulty.
For many years, Eutimio acted as in-house legal counsel to an important international group of companies in the engineering, construction, capital goods manufacturing and industrial projects sectors. During these years he acquired direct knowledge of the business world, which is currently reflected in the commercial and corporate advice he provides to the firm's clients, also acting as lead counsel in bankruptcy proceedings.
