My practice focuses on advising companies and clients in the capital markets, including public and private investment funds, stock exchanges, brokerage firms and concessionaires. My areas of expertise include corporate matters, shareholders agreements, corporate governance, corporate reorganisations, establishment of companies in Chile, representation before national authorities, drafting of contracts and other private instruments, due diligence and labour matters such as regulations, employment contracts and terminations. In addition, I have experience in handling voluntary causes of action such as donations and effective possessions, either testate or intestate.
