Obtaining important decisions from the European Court of Human Rights which have condemned the central State to pay the debts of local authorities and controlled companies to client's businesses. Filing of over one hundred and fifty appeals to the Court, if accepted, dozens of companies will receive their rightful payment.
Involvement in obtaining acquittal verdict in a tax crime case where the prosecutor accused a contracted nursing home of not declaring to the tax authorities the services rendered but not reimbursed by the National Health Service. The trial demanded great dedication, and I benefited from excellent consultants, but ultimately, success rewarded method and substance. The Court determined that those unearned revenues should not be declared, establishing a principle of universal value.
Involvement in obtaining acquittal judgment of a businessman accused of involuntary manslaughter in front of the Milan Court.
