Work highlights
One of the highlights of my career is that, for the past two years, I have been analysing cases for the largest bank in Peru. My focus has been on various legal contingencies arising from changes in the decision-making lines of the administrative authority and modifications in the regulatory frameworks within the financial sector. In this role, I concentrate on anticipating potential legal challenges and providing strategic solutions to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for the bank.
Analysing legal contingencies in consumer-related matters brought against one of the largest telecommunications companies in Peru, and proposing strategies that align with the expected objectives to improve results.
