Representation of a group of former shareholders of Banco Popular in a proceeding before the General Court of the European Union (CJEU) regarding the application of the Single Resolution Mechanism and the Single Resolution Fund provided for in Regulation (EU) No. 806/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2014, with an economic interest at stake in excess of €600 million.
Legal advice to a major construction company in the resolution of an Urban Development Agreement entered into between such company and a City Council and in the successful legal claim against the refusal of the City Council to resolve the Agreement, with interests at stake of more than € 50 million.
