Nicole is a lawyer from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and has specialized studies in Intellectual Property from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC). She has advised multiple national and international clients on intellectual property, competition, publicity, consumer protection, and bureaucratic barriers. She has experience in the evaluation, initiation, and defense of administrative procedures before INDECOPI, as well as in the management of important trademark portfolios.
