Being part of the Ontier team that advised the Slim Group in the takeover of the FCC Group, a process that included several Voluntary and/or mandatory Public Acquisition Offers from companies such as FCC, Realia, or Cementos Portland Valderribas, the purchase of a 25% stake in Realia from Bankia, the restructuring and sale of the Giant group in the USA, the financing of the construction of the Wanda Metropolitano stadium for Atletico de Madrid, or the acquisition of a significant stake from Ether Koplowtiz's group in FCC, among others.

Representation of the interests of a shipowner with two ships under construction worth approximately €160 million in the bankruptcy proceeding of Astilleros La Naval in Bilbao. In an insolvency situation, through various agreements with the bankrupt company, banks, and the bankruptcy administration, the first ship was successfully taken out of the shipyard for completion elsewhere in Santander, and the construction contract for the second was terminated with the recovery of the entire investment made in it.
