We provide expertise in regulatory matters, general administrative law issues, all types of resources and management of contentious processes.
Advising companies in the public infrastructure and construction sector on public sector contracting, as well as providing administrative and contentious-administrative defense in processes with individual amounts ranging from tens of millions to even hundreds of millions.
Advising a significant group of international entrepreneurs on matters of European law and acting as legal counsel in the appeal filed before the Court of Justice of the European Union for the Union's non-contractual liability for damages caused by the European Commission in the exercise of its functions. The amount of the claim exceeded 50 million euros, although the overall economic interest of the case is considered incalculable.
